Shipping Policy – Zyra Belle™
Thank you for shopping with Zyra Belle™. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within South Africa.
By placing an order with Zyra Belle™, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Areas
Zyra Belle™ currently ships throughout South Africa.
We currently do not guarantee delivery to:
- remote or high-risk areas,
- farms,
- mines,
- military zones,
- certain outlying regions where courier limitations may apply.
If delivery to your address is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
2. Courier Partner
We use Aramex Store to Door for standard deliveries.
Courier services are handled by third-party logistics providers, and delivery timelines are estimates only.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within:
- 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed:
- on weekends,
- public holidays,
- during force majeure events or operational disruptions.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery timeframe:
- 8–11 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Business days exclude:
- weekends,
- South African public holidays,
- courier non-operational days.
5. Shipping Delays
While Zyra Belle™ works to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- courier delays,
- adverse weather conditions,
- customs or regulatory delays,
- strikes,
- civil unrest,
- load shedding,
- incorrect customer information,
- high seasonal demand,
- failed delivery attempts,
- remote-area logistics constraints.
Delivery dates are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery deadlines.
To the maximum extent permitted under South African law, Zyra Belle™ shall not be responsible for:
- indirect losses,
- consequential damages,
- inconvenience,
- missed events,
- business interruption,
- or costs arising from delayed deliveries.
Nothing in this clause limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- delivery addresses,
- contact numbers,
- recipient details.
Zyra Belle™ is not responsible for:
- failed deliveries,
- returned parcels,
- delays,
- additional courier charges,
resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information, customers may be required to pay additional re-delivery fees.
7. Tracking Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided via email or SMS where available.
Please allow time for courier systems to update tracking events.
8. Lost or Stolen Parcels
A parcel will only be considered lost after confirmation from the courier partner following an investigation.
Zyra Belle™ reserves the right to:
- investigate delivery disputes,
- request supporting documentation,
- refuse claims where delivery proof exists.
We are not liable for:
- stolen parcels after confirmed delivery,
- unattended deliveries requested by the customer,
- deliveries accepted by third parties at the provided address.
9. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- Take clear photographs immediately.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Retain all packaging materials for investigation purposes.
Failure to report transit damage within a reasonable time may affect claim eligibility.
10. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless promotional free shipping applies.
Zyra Belle™ reserves the right to:
- modify shipping rates,
- change courier providers,
- update delivery methods at any time without prior notice.
